1. Return Window
- You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
- Items returned after 14 days will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Unused, unworn, and in original condition (with all original packaging, tags, and labels attached).
- Must be free from perfume, makeup stains, or alterations.
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- Custom orders and made-to-measure pieces are non-returnable.
3. Refunds & Processing Time
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.
- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7-14 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Shipping fees, taxes, and duties are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
- We offer one-time size exchanges for incorrect sizing within 14 days.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- If the requested size is unavailable, a refund will be issued (excluding shipping costs).
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will arrange the return through our designated courier at no additional cost.
- Once we receive the defective item, we will provide a full refund or replacement.
- Defective items reported after 48 hours will not be eligible for return.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom Orders & Made-to-Measure Pieces.
- Final Sale & Discounted Items.
7. International Returns & Duties
- For international orders, we will initiate the return through our designated shipping courier.
- Return shipping fees and duties will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Customs duties & import taxes paid at checkout are non-refundable.
8. How to Initiate a Return
1. Submit a return request via email at info@areejrimawi.com.
2. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos (if necessary).
3. We will coordinate the return shipment through our courier and provide shipping instructions.
4. Once we receive the item and confirm it meets our return conditions, your refund or exchange will be processed.
9. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We will arrange all return shipments through our designated courier.
- AREEJ RIMAWI is not liable for lost or delayed return shipments if returned outside our shipping process.
