Returns & Refunds policy

1. Return Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

- Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

- The item must be in its original packaging.

- A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

- Next, contact your bank, as there may be processing time before a refund is posted.

5. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at areej.rimawi@hotmail.com and send your item to: United Arab Emirates, Sharjah, SH, United Arab Emirates.

7. Size Exchanges

We do not exchange sizes if the mistake was on your part. However, if you need to exchange for a different size, you will be required to pay half or the full price of the new size, depending on the item, in addition to the delivery charges.

8. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

9. Delivery Time for Exchanges

The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
